«Parma» — «Lecce» prediction by Tony Okafor

The Italian Serie A this season has seen a very determined Parma Calcio that has fought its way to currently occupy the 7th position having played a total of 18 matches with 25 points ahead of the most of the known big teams in the Italian Serie A. For instance, AC Milan that is at the 8th position having played 19 matches as against Parma Calcio 18 matches. Other big teams below Parma includes Torino, Napoli, Hellas Verona, Udinese, Fiirentina etc.

Also of note is Parma defeating some of this big teams in the Serie A this season for example,they defeated Napoli 2:1, defeated Roma, held Inter the number one club in the Serie A this season to a 2:2 draw from Away.

Lecce on the other hand is down the bottom part of the Serial A table just one position away from the relegation place occupying the 17th position with 15 points from 18 matches.

Comparing Lecce last four games with clubs Parma has also played this season we notice that Lecce played their last match with Udinese and lost to 1:0 but Parma won Udinese 3:1 Away, Bologna defeated Lecce at Home 3:2 but Drew 2:2 at home with Parma, also Brescia defeated Lecce 3:0 but Draw 1:1 to Parma and finally Lecce Draw 2:2 with Genoa but Parma humiliated Genoa 5:1. This shows that Parma is a better side than Lecce.

Therefore, with all the above statistics including home advantage, I am very expectant that Parma will defeat Lecce.
